Introduction

Here at 911 Exterior Cleaning LLC, we want all our clients to understand our services and our expectations. Please fully review and contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the information contained in our agreement.

Concrete

The appearance of concrete depends on a number of factors most linked to when the concrete was initially poured and cured. When concrete with dirt, mold, mildew, algae and other pollutants and stains is cleaned, the concrete will then reveal any and all imperfections that the pollutants and stains have covered up. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same even on the same driveway, patio, sidewalk, or concrete slab.

Plants / Landscaping

client understands that 911 Exterior Cleaning LLC has set procedures to ensure plant life around the area of cleaning is protected. Client understands that their wash could be schedule during midday sun and there could be potential for leaf burn as water can get on and around the plant curing the cleaning process. If any issues arise with plant life around the area of cleaning, 911 Exterior Cleaning LLC will evaluate to see if plant life suffered from leaf burn and will recover or if it has been killed. 911 Exterior Cleaning LLC will then determine plan of action after evaluation of plant life.

Invoices

911 Exterior Cleaning will invoice the Client after completion of milestone(s) or the Project, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project.

Payment methods / Terms

Payment will be made to 911 Exterior Cleaning via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business. we charge a 4% convenience fee for credit card payments though our credit processor.

Terms

Any invoice past 10 days will be subjected to a late fee of 7%. If payment is not received within, 30 days past due, 911 Exterior Cleaning LLC reserves the right to file a civil claim to collect outstanding debt. Any legal fees incurred will be added to the unpaid balance of the client. 911 Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to refuse to continue business with the client(s) who are currently past due or who have been 30+days past due more than once. this contract is binding.

Deposits / No refunds • Initials required

The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Service(s). A 20% non-refundable deposit is to hold your appointment(s), or for a rescheduling on each party.

Authority to sign

Each party has the authority to enter into this Contract and to perform all of its obligations under this Contract.

Licensing

911 Exterior Cleaning LLC promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.

Termination of contract

The Contract ends on [contract end date] unless one of the parties ends the contract before that time. If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract prior to Project completion, the Client is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date.

Electrical Usage

By signing this agreement, you agree to provide 911 Exterior Cleaning the right to use an on-site source of electricity as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior source is required it will be at an additional charge.

Water Usage

By signing this agreement, you agree to provide 911 Exterior Cleaning the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. Additional charges will be applied if water is not available.

Color and Tone Concerns

The properties and species of wood age and weather can greatly affect the resulting color or tone of the stain. Note: Variances may occur on individual boards as well as the total project, as densities and other characteristics vary across and throughout the wood. 911 Exterior Cleaning and its associates attempt to represent the final finish color and tones as best as possible. While we can often give you an idea of the overall color or tone you must expect some variance in the overall finish.

Stains

Some stains cannot be removed by power washing. Oil, Rust, Tree sap, artillery fungus, splatters from stains and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.

Window Spotting

Windows may become water spotted as a result of our services. Window cleaning is NOT included unless you purchased the window cleaning package.

Scheduling

Scheduling in a business which productivity relies upon the weather can be difficult. Inclement weather may affect scheduling. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however, circumstances that are beyond our control may affect your project start and completion dates. You will be notified of any changes.

Modifications

The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.

Watertight

911 Exterior Cleaning Services expects your property to be in good repair and weathertight. This includes, but is not limited to all electrical services including receptacles and light fixtures. Doors and windows shall also be weathertight. 911 Exterior Cleaning Services is not responsible for damages as a result of water infiltration from poor or improper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical-related items or doors or windows. 911 Exterior Cleaning cannot guarantee removal of artillery fungus from exterior house surfaces.

Removal & Replacement of Contents

Removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. Should we need to remove items from the deck, we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues. An additional charge may be applied for the time and labor devoted to the removal of these items.

Damages

911 Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, lose or improperly installed gutters, and leaders and improper caulking. In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Power washing, which entails the removal of chalky, gritty, or failing surface materials may cause the faded aspects of the vinyl or aluminum to stand out. 911 Exterior Cleaning will not be responsible for such conditions. 911 Exterior Cleaning will not be responsible for loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process.

Product Warranties

All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used. 911 Exterior Cleaning makes no additional warranties. If you ever have a concern regarding our work, 911 Exterior Cleaning should be notified immediately.
